Innovation at the Service of Peer Support
PASM is a non-profit organization that supports people in their mental health recovery journey through peer support intervention. To strengthen its impact and simplify operations, the organization has undertaken a digital transformation.
Our agency was mandated to design its website and implement a technology ecosystem tailored to the team’s needs. The project included:
- Highlighting its services, mission, and peer supporters
- A secure space for staff and confidential data management
- A donation platform and automation tools
This new digital environment now allows PASM’s team to better communicate its mission, simplify internal management, and increase community engagement.

Supporting Recovery
We developed a secure space for staff, enabling them to easily access confidential documents, monitoring tools, and create reports. This section, designed to meet the requirements of Quebec’s Law 25 on data protection, ensures the protection of sensitive data while facilitating collaboration and continuity of services for citizens.
