When a client becomes an inspiration
Supporting organizations in shaping their positioning often means looking in the mirror. That’s exactly what happened with coésion SP.
Working alongside them on their positioning process, we were faced with a simple question: do we practice what we preach? The mission of coésion SP, promoting health and well-being in the workplace, strongly resonated with what we’ve been building at Riposte for some time. It helped us put words to something we were already carrying.
A process, not a badge
The Flourish at Work Certification (Level 1) is not just a title to display. It's a framework that guides our commitment to a culture of workplace health and well-being. It helps us turn our intentions into concrete actions that support the overall well-being of our team.
It invites us to consult our team members, understand their real needs, plan tangible initiatives, and measure their impact. This is not just a badge, it’s a commitment we renew every day.
At Riposte, this commitment comes to life through our Wellness Committee: social activities, moments of connection, and attention to small, everyday gestures. Actions that may seem modest at times, but that make all the difference in the long run.
Why we believe in it
Well-being at work is not an added perk. It’s what makes everything else possible: collaboration, creativity, retention. A team that feels good does better work. It’s as simple as that.
This certification is our way of formalizing that commitment, giving it structure, direction, and accountability. But above all, it’s a living commitment: every initiative, every daily gesture contributes to making Riposte a place where it truly feels good to work.
