For 38 years, Operation Red Nose has promoted responsible behaviour to prevent impaired driving by offering a volunteer driver service and awareness activities. To celebrate its return to service in December 2021, Operation Red Nose called on Riposte to design its new website and revisit its brand image.


The Operation Red Nose website has received a complete overhaul and now integrates the Yapla platform for more efficient day-to-day management. The experience is more user-friendly and relies on geolocation, making it easier for people who are seeking driver services to find the information they need to access those services and offers volunteers a simpler and faster way to register.


Riposte also updated their brand image. Developed around the iconic logo of the red-nosed reindeer, the logo has a more simplified and colourful graphic line and is accompanied by a rich iconography revealing the much-loved festive side of Operation Red Nose.



A social norms

Riposte also developed a social norms guide to align Operation Red Nose’s social media strategy, for more consistent, recognizable and impactful communications in line with the brand.
